Examples

I've built more than eighty things with Claude Code. Most of them are for companies and can't be shown publicly; here are eleven that show the range.

None of them are examples for the sake of examples. I use all of them.

  • Talking to company data

Reports on stock and sales, daily overviews, deeper analyses. I ask in a sentence instead of clicking, and the answer is a finished overview — plus what I should notice and what to do next.

  • An internal tool for clubs

A database of clubs connected to the CRM and a tournament database. Each club has its own rating, and all of it is drawn on a map, so you can search it by eye.

  • Websites and presentations

One-page websites, product presentations, internal pages behind a password. From the brief to a deployed page.

  • Newsletters I don't have time to read

An overview of articles, a digest of what matters, transcripts of videos. Instead of twenty unread emails, one page with what actually happened.

  • Market research

Market size, the main players, trends, who is growing and why. The Czech Republic and Europe. It takes an afternoon to produce what there would otherwise never be time for.

  • Brainstorming

Ideas from five different techniques at once, then merged and scored. I also get the ones I'd never have come up with myself — and above all the ones I'd have dismissed too early.

  • An in-depth website check

It goes through the whole website, measures it, clicks through it and returns a list of fixes sorted by impact. Not "it could be better", but what to do first.

  • Investment analyses

Stock analyses, a synthesis of what analysts say, pushback against my own thesis. Now and then I turn it into a podcast I play in the car.

  • A personal assistant

It works across email, calendar, notes and my to-do list. It gathers material, drafts replies, keeps track of what's slipped. A work in progress — I'm still not happy with it.

  • Choosing anything to buy

I say what I expect from the thing. The agent finds reviews and owners' experiences, compares them and makes a recommendation. Air conditioning, a bike, a car, a paddleboard — the process is the same every time.

  • A hub for my projects

Everything above in one place, with search and a list of unfinished things. That list is the most useful and at the same time the most uncomfortable part of the whole site.
